The number of projects our market research company offers and the reward for each is dictated by our client budgets.

Yes. Always! If you provide us your contact information to sign-up for one of our studies, we will never share this information outside of our organization or client partners for each particular research study. The personal data help us better understand which studies you may or may not qualify for. All of your information is kept secure within Drive Research and is never shared, sold, or sent to other companies. Read more, here.

Our projects typically start with an online survey or phone call so it is crucial we receive your most up-to-date contact information. We will never use your name or contact information for any other reason and we will never share it outside of Drive Research.

We are a small business, so it varies depending on the number of active clients and projects underway at Drive Research. However, the more invitations you receive and the more you participate, the better your chances of winning. If you qualify and sign-up for a paid research opportunity and do not participate, Drive Research reserves the right to remove you from our database.

All kinds. Our market research clients span all types of products and services, all types of industries, and in several markets. The variety of market research we specialize in is reflected in the types of studies you'll be invited to. This might be an online survey about a new business coming to town. It might be a telephone interview about a recent purchase at a store. It might be an in-person visit to join a group discussion about a local restaurant. Or we might ship you a free product to use at home and ask for your feedback. The options are endless.

Our online surveys offer raffle giveaways and gift cards to a random selection of participants or to the first set number of respondents. Sometimes our surveys inquire about your interest in future telephone or in-person market research which offer greater individual cash rewards or gift card payouts. Rewards are dependent on each project but can range from $25 to up to $250 (or more) per participant.

This is dependent on each project you participate in. Our online survey rewards are typically paid with Amazon gift cards. In-person research is usually paid in cash. This may vary from project-to-project.

We move fast. Our survey winners are chosen at the conclusion of fieldwork. If you participate in a follow-up interview or focus group, you'll likely be paid on your way out or shortly after you complete your interview (within a day to up to a week). Although this varies from project-to-project we try to process your reward as quickly as possible. We don’t like to wait and likely, neither do you.

At Drive Research we believe in centering organizational decisions around customer data. We fully embrace this and we recommend this to all of our clients to create a well-aligned strategy driven by customer needs and wants. Your feedback helps drive and improve the customer experience, to the clients we serve, and to the community.

Each of the projects we complete for our clients has very specific criteria and type(s) of participants we are looking for in the research. We use our initial online surveys to vet out those who qualify and those who do not without sharing the specific type of audience we are trying to research. It helps our respondents answer honestly and ensures all answers are unbiased. Some studies you may be a perfect fit for, while others you may not qualify for. However, the more you participate, the greater the chance of selection for our paid studies. Don't lose faith!
