George is the Owner and President of Drive Research, LLC. He has close to 15 years of experience working on the client and supplier side of market research. He has consulted for hundreds of regional, national, and global organizations. He's also spent his time before Drive working as an independent marketing research consultant and advisor to many of his clients. George has vast experience with all types of market research design and project management. He is a certified VoC professional with a focus on innovation and new products management. His interests outside of Drive include his wife, family, and his dog Shea. He is an avid tennis player and Mets, Giants, and Rangers fan.

Emily's motto is, "If loving data and creative writing are wrong, I don't want to be right." She has a passion for creating effective research and providing the end user with actionable results. After receiving her bachelor's degree from Oswego State, she made it her mission to become a market research guru. She spent a few years at another local market research firm developing her research and social media skills before joining the team. Outside of Drive Research, you'll most likely find Emily at a local coffee shop with her fiance, Ryan. Other interests include the outdoors (during the warm months of the year) and '90s grunge bands.

Emily uses social media like it's her job - partly because it is - but mainly, she sees social media marketing as the focal point of content creation and community engagement within the digital world. It is often the reason audiences become familiar with a brand. Being the person behind the start of a customer’s journey with an organization, well that’s pretty cool. A SUNY Cortland graduate, Emily has taken her passion for social and content marketing to Drive Research. Here she is able to flex her creative muscles to grow the success of the team and clients alike. Outside of the office, you can find Emily attending local Syracuse events and going on hikes with her dog, Gracie.

Jenn assists with project management, human resources, qualitative recruitment, phone surveys, data entry, and AP/AR. Not only does she manage a team of interviewers on specific projects, but she is not afraid to jump in and help her team out when needed. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, and surfing Pinterest for her next home project.

Chris plays a key role in managing client projects at Drive Research. He consults with clients to develop research instruments, oversees project fieldwork, and analyzes data to develop insightful research reports. Chris has nearly 10 years of experience in the market research field and has completed projects with organizations across the globe. Chris’ skills demonstrate his ability to use many research approaches and techniques to fulfill client needs. Chris believes it is important to learn something new every day, and he works hand-in-hand with clients to do just that. Outside of work, Chris loves spending time with his family, trying out new technology, and enjoying the outdoors.

Tim is involved in every stage of a market research project, taking every opportunity to ensure the integrity of client deliverables. He developed an interest in market research while studying at Binghamton University based on its marriage of business, statistics, and psychology. With three years of market research professional experience, he has become familiar with a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. On any given weekend, Tim can usually be found hiking in the nearby Adirondack Mountains. He also enjoys spending his downtime with friends and family in the area.
